Janet Kacskos, APR, Fellow PRSA, director of communications at Millersville University, and Debra Davis, public relations manager at Masonic Villages, will discuss how their volunteer work with a small local organization turned into a lesson in crisis communication and how they helped guide the organization’s leadership through the troubled times.
