Molly McGowan, APR, has been a member of PRSA since 2007 and has held leadership roles in the Central PA PRSA Chapter for about a decade. She is currently President-Elect and volunteers on the Programming Committee. She has previously served as Awards Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.
For the past 15 years, Molly has worked for Phoenix Contact, where she develops integrated communications plans and oversees media outreach. She enjoys creating content (white papers, case studies, articles and videos) to help customers solve challenges. Before joining Phoenix Contact, she held several positions in the Communications Office and the Bureau of Alcohol Education at the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
Molly lives with her husband, two children and an orange cat in Dauphin, Pa. In between shuttling her kids to soccer, volleyball and baseball games and fundraising for their scout troops, Molly enjoys reading, cooking and rooting for the Philadelphia Phillies. To unwind, she takes long walks and practices yoga (currently pursuing her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification).
