7:30 – 8:30 p.m.       Awards presentation

Buffet includes:

Chicken Parmesan lightly dusted in panko, fried, and topped with zesty marinara and mozzarella

Fire-grilled flank steak in a blend of herbs finished with horseradish and light sauce

Fresh artisan rolls and butter

Garden tossed salad including a fresh spring mix, purple cabbage, and romaine with  sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, tomatoes, and house-made croutons.  Creamy Ranch and Balsamic dressings served on the side.
